About

The Warwick Greenwood Cricket Club was established in 2012 after the merger between Warwick CC and Greenwood CC. We are based out of Penistone Reserve in Greenwood, our training days are Tuesday and Thursday nights, 4:30pm to 6:30pm. We have a fully licensed bar and club rooms that were built in 2017/18, as such, the facilities are of an excellent standard. We have 9 teams in total for the 2023/24 season with 7 Men's and 2 Women's teams representing the #RedFamily

Full instructions have been provided on the use of the new PlayHQ platform and we will provide assistance to all players and families with registrations as required.

Where We Play & Train

Penistone Park

Penistone Park in Greenwood is our main home ground but we also play at Ellersdale Park, Hawker Park, Melene Park, Moolanda Park and Blackall Park.

Match Days

Men play Saturday afternoons from around midday depending on the month of the season. Men play a combination of One and Two day games. Women play Sunday afternoons from 2pm in T20 matches.

Training

Men and Women train at Penistone on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30pm to 6:30pm with training commencing mid-September generally.
