Warwick Greenwood Cricket Club - 2023/24 Season Premiership Summary


Premiership Triumphs

The 2023/24 season has been a remarkable journey for Warwick Greenwood Cricket Club (WGCC), showcasing our players' commitment and prowess on the cricket field. We are proud to announce that WGCC secured four premierships across different divisions, underscoring our club’s year.


G Grade Premiership

Highlight: Blake Carey's stellar 103 that culminated in a 9/238 performance against Def Leederville 226, leading the G Grade team to a triumphant victory.


J Grade 1D Premiership

Highlight: Blake Carey's superb play with bat and ball, Keeping Marmion to 124 which was chased with the the lose of only 3 wickets, propelling the J Grade team to the top.


L Grade 1D Premiership

Highlight: The exceptional performance by James Kanakis scoring his 100, securing 6/235 against Muchea's 9/213, which was pivotal in the L Grade team clinching the flag.


T20 PWSL - Metro Premiership

Highlight: An inspiring display of skill and teamwork led by Reggie and the girls, which saw WGCC keep Cockburn to just 87 runs which was chased down with the lost of only 2 wickets.



These victories are a testament to the hard work, team spirit, and the strategic acumen of our players. The club extends its deepest gratitude to our loyal members, whose unwavering encouragement fuelled our champions on the field.
